Hello there I’m Clif Dunn, a business operator, strategist, and longtime team leader with a passion for simplifying complexity. Over the past three decades, I’ve built scalable systems, led cross-functional teams, and helped magazines, TV channels, and national marketing agencies grow not just bigger, but smarter.

These days, I split my time between two core leadership roles: serving as General Manager for a contact center and public-sector services firm, and leading email marketing strategy and client operations for an agency supporting a major nonprofit brand that sends over two million messages a week. In both roles, AI isn’t an add-on, it’s a daily tool I use to improve outcomes, speed up decisions, and free up people to do their best work.

Because I work with AI in live business environments, I bring a grounded, real-world perspective to the companies and individuals I selectively advise. I don’t do hype. I don’t chase fads. I help founders, operators, and senior teams cut through the noise and deploy what actually works — in a way that makes sense for their business.
